Hotel Le Concorde Quebec - Quebec City

Truly enjoyed its awesome and great staff.

The room was incredibly comfortable and perfect, with safe and excellent views of town.

My favourite property in Quebec City.

The location is best possible, within a close distance from La Promenade des Gouverneurs. The staff are professional, managed the parking off site.

The little empathy that the security personnel had since my daughter lost her gloves and went to look for some since the temperature was below zero degrees F and they didn't let her in yet she indicated the room and name of the reservation when she arrived behind her found her crying desperately with her icy hands that she couldn't move them or feel them yet they wouldn't let us in until she showed the room card. My question is, if I had lost the card, would they have let us die of hypothermia outside because they wouldn't let you in or at the front desk so you could check with them that you were staying at the hotel? No thermal blanket or heater in front of the hotel so that people could keep warm. Additionally they had to change my room since the first night they assigned me a room that the heater didn't work but it didn't work either so that night we had to sleep with a jacket and thermal inside the room. Because of the way my daughter was treated by the security I will never recommend it. The bathtubs with mushrooms on the walls

The room had a great view, but it was not clean at all.

Everything was nice, so were marvellous views of the Old City. The staff was patient and the room was brand-new, tastefully decorated. Had excellent and beautiful location to the neighbourhoods on the west, near a city park.

The breakfast was not included.

Could not find an ice machine, had to go to the restaurant for ice.

What I liked best about the hotel was the view of Quebec from the room. We were on the 22nd floor and views were wonderful - in fact, we turned the couches around and stayed for a drink looking at the views. beds were comfortable and bathroom spacious and clean. We also liked the location of the hotel, stone's throw from the Quebec Parliament and historical center and right across from the Parc des Champs-de-Bataille. reception was very attentive.

We would have liked to have had a microwave in the room to heat up the food we had on the first day. We found the parking service very expensive. Luckily, a little further down from the hotel, next to the park, there is a public parking lot that for 18 Euros you can leave your car all day. Parking in Quebec is very expensive! This option was the cheapest we found.

great views and easy walks to parks and attractions

The hotel's proximity to the Plains of Abraham allowed me to easily take serene walks through beautiful landscapes and historical sites .

more channels for kids on tv and maybe some more free movie channels. parking is expensive for daily as well as there is parking lot at the back outside that is priced lower.

indoor parking slots are too narrow; not so wide. i would recommend loews hotel le concorde but not the indoor parking if it is not snowing outside. need more coffee as well.

Well situated and walking distance from major attractions

Parking is a challenge and daily rate ratehr expensive.

Very central location,within walking distance to historic sites. Eateries right outside the hotel ,very convienent .

Furniture should be upgrade.

The views from my room were amazing! I could see the beautiful river and city skyline, especially at sunset-it was magical. Plus, the indoor pool offered a perfect escape, surrounded by vibrant decor and peaceful vibes.
